The band will perform at 7:30 p.m. in the Hart Auditorium. Tickets are currently on sale. Cost is $6 for BYU-Idaho students, $12 for the general public. If the show is not sold out, tickets are also available at the door.

The two-time winners of Scotland’s Traditional Music “Live Act of the Year” Award, Skerryvore is a true global act. From Central Park, New York, to the Shanghai Expo in China and back to Rexburg, Idaho, they’ve seen it all.

The band creates a unique fusion of Americana infused trad-rock. Between the eight band members, their performance represents all the different regions of Scotland.

“Skerryvore have crafted a world-beating fusion, which takes pride in their heritage and above all else is a pure joy to listen to,” according to Folk Radio UK.

Skerryvore performed in Rexburg at BYU-Idaho in fall 2017, the year that also saw the release of the band’s single “Live Forever.” The single briefly reached No.1 on the iTunes World Music chart catapulting their worldwide success.

The concert is part of the Center Stage Performing Arts Series, which features concerts and entertainment for BYU-Idaho students and residents of surrounding communities.
