Everyone who knows anything about Rexburg knows that it is absolutely freezing here for about 5 months out of the year. While there are awesome outdoor activities available, a lot of us would rather spend time indoors during our winter in Rexburg.  Here are 5 locations in Rexburg where you can have a great time all while staying warm indoors.

The Craze has an awesome arcade.

The Craze

The Craze is an awesome indoor fun zone located just a street over from Rexburg’s Paramount 5 theater.  They have a rockin’ arcade including Skee-ball, car racing, Dance Dance Revolution, your classic jackpot games and much more.  Along with the arcade, The Craze has an intense two-story, blacklight laser tag course.  They have miniature golf and even a kids’ play center, not to mention the party room downstairs!  Check out some of their daily specials here.

Gravity Factory

Next up is Gravity Factory, a jump house just across the street from the airport.  The Gravity Factory isn’t just your typical jump house.  Along with their foam pits and trampolines, Gravity Factory has inertia boards, inverse walls, a ninja warrior course, parkour boxes, velocity dodgeball and much more!  Whether you’re throwing a party or just looking for a good time indoors with some friends, Gravity Factory is the place to be!  Don’t forget to sign your waiver online and come prepared to have a blast.

The Rock Gym

Just up the street from Gravity Factory is Rexburg’s very own Rock Gym.  The Rock Gym is constantly adding to and improving upon their indoor rock wall.  They have a slab wall, bouldering cave and tons of awesome holds.  Climbing routes are adjusted so that you can select your own level of difficulty, making it a great place for climbers of all ages and levels of experience.  Climbing classes are available for all ages 6 and up.  There are also affordable options to purchase one-month, semester, 6-month, or yearly passes to The Rock Gym.  Check out your options here!

Legacy Flight Museum

Continuing on up the street is the Legacy Flight Museum.  At the Legacy Flight Museum, for as little as $5, you can get up close and personal with some of the aircraft that U.S. military veterans flew as they served our country.  These aircraft are maintained and kept airworthy and can even be seen flying over Rexburg when they aren’t in the museum.  During the winter, the museum is open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. or on other days by appointment.  Find the information for ticket prices and to schedule your visit here.

The Zone is hosting a free open gym night.

The Zone

The Zone is a recreation center for individuals, groups and teams.  It is located around the corner from Rexburg’s Super Walmart.  The Zone is an 18,200 square foot facility with basketball and volleyball courts, a batting cage, indoor turf soccer field and more.  They also have BattleBall and archery tag available!   Check out some of their youth and adults sports leagues here or make a reservation to use their facilities here.
