The highly anticipated Red Rabbit Grill will officially be opening its first location in Rexburg early next month.
Located at 155 W Main St. in the space previously held by The Hickory, the restaurant’s owners plan to begin serving a variety of food items on Wednesday, May 2.
The owners, Mike and Jane Smith, say the restaurant’s breakfast and steak options will resonate not only with Rexburg locals but the whole East Idaho region.
“You need to come from Idaho Falls and go to Rexburg and eat at the Red Rabbit Grill to have a steak,” says Jane Smith. “It’s gonna knock your socks off!”
