The Village

Our number one pick is The Village. With 2 floor plans starting at $670 per month and $695 per month, these are the Chelsea Studio and The Chelsea (1B) respectively. Each floor plan is 543 sq. ft. and comes with standard apartment amenities. Which include Wi-Fi, whirlpool appliances, microwave, sitting room turret with 5 large windows, and washer & dryer. At this price point, these are the only apartments that include a washer & dryer in every apartment.

And as part of a bigger complex, they offer plenty of onsite amenities. Including free parking, a media room for movie watching, a children’s indoor romper room, a fitness center, and a 5,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with billiards room, party kitchen, and business center with printers. This is also one of the only pet-friendly apartments in Rexburg. They have dedicated dog parks fenced off for your furry friends to play. Cambridge Court

As our second pet-friendly recommendation Cambridge Court’s floor plans start at $685 per month and they offer discounts for signing a longer lease. Each apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, and dishwasher. In the hallway, there is a laundry closet that can be used to store and connect your washer and dryer units or can be used as a storage closet. External amenities include a pet area, free parking, visitor parking, and a laundry facility. The laundry facility costs $1.75/wash and $1.75/dry. For a monthly breakdown, each month you will pay rent, gas, and electricity. Optional monthly costs: washer/dryer in unit $20, pet fee $35. Draper Oaks

If you are looking for slightly larger married student housing, we recommend Draper Oaks. With floor plans starting at only $635 per month, they offer Optix internet, free parking, and included utilities. Which means you only pay for electricity. These apartments do not come furnished and do not include in-unit washers & dryers. They have an onsite laundry room with paid laundry machines and do not include hookups in the apartments. Central Park

This complex offers the most budget-friendly option starting at only $530 per month with their Pocket Kitchen model. With prices up to $645 per month with their One Bedroom model. At this price point, you get an A/C and heat unit and free Wi-Fi in-unit. Complex amenities include an on-site pool/hot tub, community kitchen with 6 stoves, 24-hour fitness center, entertainment room, and a picnic area with tables, grills, and a fire pit. Last but not least, this complex offers floor plans starting at $675/month. Temple View is conveniently located just 4 blocks from BYU-Idaho This complex offers furnished apartments which includes a queen-size bed, a sofa, and a kitchen table. Standard in these apartments are washer & dryer hook-ups, but if you do not have or want to buy a washer & dryer, they offer onsite washer & dryer facilities.
