Rexburg Tree Festival – Santa’s Workshop

0

Join us for “Santa’s Workshop” at the second annual Rexburg Tree Festival. This two-day event will feature beautifully decorated Christmas Trees and Wreaths donated by the local community at the Rexburg Tabernacle Civic Center. Enjoy music and entertainment, participate in an Ugly Sweater Contest, and bid in a silent auction of the donated items. Admission is free but donations are accepted with proceeds being given to “Shop with a Cop.” Children will also love visiting Santa at the “North Pole” (The Carousel at Porter Park) where they can ride the carousel, participate in fun activities, and meet Santa all for free. Transportation between the Carousel and the Tabernacle will be provided via a Christmas Spirit Bus that will navigate down the recently finished Center Street. Riders will experience a fun and beautiful Christmas light show played to their favorite holiday music. With help from the Mayor’s Youth Rexburg, Madison Memorial Hospital, the Rexburg Kiwanis Club, and the Rexburg Area Chamber of Commerce, this will be an activity that children and parents won’t soon forget. Get in the holiday spirit by supporting this year’s Rexburg Tree Festival and the children benefiting from “Shop with a Cop.” The Tree Festival and Santa at the Carousel will run December 1st from 6 pm to 9 pm and December 2nd from 10 am – 2 pm. Registration for the ugly sweater contest is free and ends at 7:30 pm on Friday the 1st. The contest starts at 8 pm and prizes will be awarded to the winner.
