If you don’t know exactly what Yoga is, let me just tell you. It is a form of meditation that started in India, with the goal to unite the mind, body, and spirit. It’s composed of breathing exercises, poses, movements, and relaxation. It is a great way to slow down and calm your mind. Many people do yoga for mental health purposes, others do it to stay in shape, and many do it to stay focused amidst their crazy, busy lives. There are many purposes for yoga and it helps multiple people for all sorts of reasons. There are also several kinds. They range from basic breathing techniques to hot yoga where the room is over 100 degrees.
